Dell is offering to give their customers a little bit of an education about the evils of spyware. With 20 percent of the phone calls received at their support center being spyware related, it appears they have become properly motivated to do something to correct this trend. Dell has announced that they are going to be offering access to a PC Security site that will help customers identify potential security threats before they get to be knee deep in a mini-crisis.
