We have all seen validators (either on Web sites or in extensions) before. What if you could do all that validating fun all in one spot? That would be a real time saver, wouldn’t it? The Total Validator Firefox extension does just that. It is a five in one validating monster.
Don’t feel totally validated as far as knowing what this Total Validator can do? This is what the author of the extensions has to say.
Using the extension couldn’t be easier. Just browse to the page you want to validate then click on the ‘TV’ icon in the status bar. Alternatively just right mouse click and choose Total Validator from the menu, or you can add an icon to your toolbar if that’s your preferred method.
All of the validation options available with the online service are available including screen shots. Just right mouse click the ‘TV’ icon or toolbar button, or select ‘Total Validator Options’ from the Firefox Tools menu to set the options you wish to use.
As you can see, using this tool is pretty easy to learn. Still want more? Check out some of the screenshots to see it in action.
This Firefox extension is for versions 1.5 and up of the browser. If you want to download it and try it out for yourself, you can do so at the Mozilla Update Web site.
